Look, I understand putting effort into something and wanting to safeguard it...however scare tactics really is a dirty move. Hell, I don't think you even CAN copyright something fan-created because it relies on a basis of the copyrighted MLP:FIM style! Not to mention you are demanding financial compensation or currency equivalent.
That's not to say you don't own a copyright over the artful depiction, but claiming a (C) on a species is like claiming (C) on werewolfs, vampires, or elves.
If your alleged copyright exists outside the USA, thereby outside my search, then broad fair-use law is still on the side of other users. Also, that posted image is in regards to "literature" so it 'liter'ally doesn't matter if someone draws a lupus-pony.
